Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order:
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at sales@onlineneta.com or 7887850850 with your order number and cancellation request.
Confirmation of Cancellation:
- Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation email. If the order has already been dispatched, we will inform you that cancellation is not possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
